“Sorry”, but I’m not sorry!

If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

The word “sorry”. Those who overuse it for no reason, other than a conditioned habit, derived from various life experiences, will understand.

I say sorry without meaning to, for happenings I have no responsibility for, and it undermines my self-esteem subconsciously as well as the way people view me. People say it’s because I’m empathetic and have a good heart, but it’s just guilt conditioning.
